NOMINATIONS CLOSE FRIDAY 8/21
Enter your nominations for the 2026 Best in the Industry Awards and help recognize the individuals and companies that represent the best of South Carolina’s manufactured housing industry. Each member location will receive a ballot in early September to vote for their favorite nominees, with the winners announced during MHISC’s Winter Meeting on December 1 at the Hyatt Regency Greenville. Nominations close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21.

South Carolina legislators are asking residents to share their experiences with housing challenges, and MHISC members have an important opportunity to make their voices heard.
Use the Google Form below to explain how manufactured housing supports homeownership, affordability, and communities across our state. You may also share challenges involving zoning, permitting, or other regulatory barriers.
