We completed a first draft of an association action plan for improving the image of our industry and our homes. The board of directors and staff have spent a lot of time on this and are enthusiastic about the idea. We looking forward to finalizing the plan and sharing it with all the members.

The Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina is an active player at the Statehouse. The association works for legislation to benefit member companies, our customers, and the cause of affordable housing in our state.
