MHISC’s 2026 Convention returns to the Embassy Suites Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort at Kingston Resorts. With spacious suites, direct beach access, pools, dining, and plenty of on-site amenities, the resort offers a great setting to connect with fellow members while enjoying the coast.
Members can also enjoy dining options such as Black Drum, Coastal Grill & Bar, and the Wet Whistle, along with complimentary breakfast and an evening reception.
MHISC members receive a special convention room rate when booking through the association’s official room block.
GOLF & PICKLEBALL
3rd Annual Pickleball Tournament – The annual Pickleball Tournament is back and continues to grow in popularity each year! Join fellow MHISC members for a fun-filled, two-hour tournament featuring friendly competition, great fellowship, and plenty of excitement.
The player with the highest overall score will be recognized during the convention.
PAC Golf Tournament – The MHISC Golf Tournament raises funds for the Political Action Committee. Without our PAC fund, MHISC would not have a legislative voice. Please consider playing or sponsoring a hole!

WINE & DESIGN
Unwind, get creative, and enjoy a fun evening at our Wine & Design event! Join fellow MHISC members for a relaxed, instructor-led painting session while sipping wine, socializing, and enjoying time with friends and colleagues.
No artistic experience is necessary—just bring your creativity and get ready for an evening of fun, great conversation, and a one-of-a-kind keepsake to take home.

PAC PARTY PULL
For just $25, you’ll have the chance to select a mystery bottle of alcohol from the display. Each bottle is secretly labeled, so you won’t know what you’ve picked until after your selection.
Bottle values range from approximately $5 to more than $100, making every pull a fun surprise and adding a little excitement to the convention experience.
We’re also looking for members to help stock the Party Pull. You can support the event by donating $25 toward the purchase of a bottle or by bringing a bottle to contribute.
CE & COMMITTEES
Throughout the convention, members can take advantage of engaging Continuing Education (CE) sessions featuring knowledgeable speakers and timely topics affecting the manufactured housing industry. These sessions are designed to keep members informed, provide practical takeaways, and encourage new ideas they can bring back to their businesses.
Members will also have opportunities to connect through committee meetings and industry discussions, where they can exchange perspectives, address issues affecting manufactured housing in South Carolina, and help guide MHISC’s work and priorities moving forward.
