South Carolina has enjoyed an increase in manufactured home shipments every year since 2011.  Growth has been modest to moderate but the state has always seen a year-over-year increase in new home shipments since the recovery got underway.

The average increase for the decade was 376 homes per year.  On a percent bases, the increase has averaged 14 percent.  It just shows what a good association can do for an industry.
