2019 Convention Report – Manufactured Housing Institute of South Carolina

MHISC returned to Hilton Head for its 52nd annual convention.
The group met July 17 – 19 at the Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort.

The MHISC convention is the premier event each year for the manufactured home industry in South Carolina and one of the best-attended Manufactured Home meetings in the nation.

Continuing Education

Did you know you can get all the Continuing Education classes you’ll need to renew your license in June 2020 – for FREE at our conventions? Members who attended this convention were able to complete their entire four hour requirement.

4 hours of CE were offered at this convention: Sales Tax, Manufactured Home Closings, Fantastic MH Facts, Lending Panel

Members of MHISC can attend any continuing education class for FREE even if they are not attending the convention. Non members are also welcome. Courses for non members are $35 per course or you can JOIN MHISC today!
