MHISC’s Spring Meeting Goes Virtual
The association is moving its Spring Meeting to be 100% virtual. We are offering online events at convenient times for members who work both at home and in office.
Participants do not need to be tech savvy to participate. All content can be accessed by simply clicking on a link in the email and following the instructions on screen.
South Carolinians Can Apply for up to $7500 in Rental Assistance
Congress has passed a COVID-19 relief package that provides funds for assisting tenants who are behind on their rent.
The package allocates $25 million to help South Carolina families and individuals pay their rent and utility bills while also helping rental property owners continue to cover their costs.

South Carolina law outlines a way for display centers to sell homes built to an earlier building code. The form at this link was designed to meet the law’s requirements. The form can be reformatted with your company logo or other design features.
