MHISC played an active role in this week’s SC Building Code Council’s meeting. The meeting was key for the association as Council members approved changes to the state’s modular regulations. That knowledge will help the industry to identify proposed code changes that are expensive or unnecessary. The result–keeping home prices reasonable.
