The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has extended the federal eviction moratorium through June 30, 2021. The order was originally set to expire on March 31, 2021. The CDC also modified the order to include a statement of intent, changes to the applicability section, a new section concerning the declaration forms and new information about the pandemic.
