Attic Storage Load Requirements

Structural Design Attic Load Requirements Label now required for modular and manufactured houses according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Homes having roof slopes less than 7:12 and do not have an access opening of at least 30 inches x 22 inches, are not designed to be used for storage.
